To book a trip with us, simply go to our website and complete our Personalized Trip Form or send us a quick message via the Ask Now Form above. If needed, we can also schedule a 15 min Zoom call, this helps us craft an itinerary tailored just for you!
We charge a $250 flat fee for our Consultancy and Full Itinerary planning service. If you only need to book a car rental or a tour, there is no fee. In most cases, we offer better prices than the partners offer directly, due to our alliances.

Yes, we can help you book tours or shared/private shuttles only, as needed.

Our Refund Policy is outlined in our Cancellation Policy. It may vary depending on the type of booking and timing of your cancellation.
First and for most, it is never our intention to make money out of canceled trips. It will be always of our interest to help you accomplish your dream trip to Costa Rica, and we are happy to find options to make it happen. We do have some general guidelines for when a customer needs to cancel an already booked trip. See below:
- Full cancellations received over 45 days prior to departure will be subject to losing the 10% down payment made on the trip, but can be rolled over to new dates of travel and saved as a “credit”.
- Cancellation penalties are as follows: 10% down payment is non-refundable but can be rolled over to new travel dates one time.
- 46 days or more: 90% Refund
- 30 – 45 days: 50% Refund
- Less than 30 days: No Refund
For accommodations, we search for the best resorts, hotels, eco-lodges, and bed and breakfast within your budget. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide recommendations for Airbnb’s and other private vacation rentals. These rental listings often have incomplete or inaccurate information. This makes it too difficult for us to ensure that they are good options for our clients. If you book accommodations on your own, we can still provide tours and shuttles during your trip.
