Founded by two Costa Rican Sisters – Pam & Mar. Raised in a small town in Nicoya, Guanacaste. We are passionate about traveling inside and outside Costa Rica.

Costa Rica Bound was born during the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially, as a way of documenting our travel journey throughout the country. Our main goal was to help reactivate the local tourism that, by then, had suffered because of the closure of incoming tourism to CR. As many of you can imagine, many families make a living out of local and foreign tourism that come visit Costa Rica.

We started documenting our trips, experiences, local tips, and many photos and videos from beautiful Costa Rica. The exciting part is that it seemed people liked our content and storytelling, so our IG page kept growing organically through the course of 2 years of traveling around Costa Rica and finding hidden gems along the ride.

This year, 2023, Mar and I (Pam) decided to take a leap of faith, and we promised ourselves to invest energy, time, and of course money to make our dream come true – inspire and help people around the world to travel to Costa Rica effortlessly.
